As a woman in her mid 40’s, there have been a lot of hormonal changes (especially after undergoing a hysterectomy), as well as just the effects of aging itself that really started to wreck havoc on my appearance back in my 30s.  My hair had thinned and lost its luster, my skin had become dry and oily at the same time (talk about a personality crisis), adult acne had made a very rude and unwelcomed appearance (the nerve), and my fingernails had become brittle and were constantly breaking on me. Given that I was born with a genetic liver disorder that prevents me from using anything with harsh chemicals, let alone harmful pharmaceuticals, I’ve been on a ten year hunt for the perfect natural remedies to cure my beauty woes. And that research has paid off like you wouldn’t believe. Since implementing these 4 secret gems into my natural beauty routine, I’ve had many friends and family note a much healthier and youthful appearance compared to where I was beforehand, and let me tell you, those compliments that say I look better and younger feel AMAZING!
